During his overseas trade, Frederic Kafka discovered the magic of Caribbean rum and after his return began its production himself. He especially liked Jamaican, Venezuelan and Dominican rums. He has proven to work with all rums from these countries, but unlike Jamaican rum, we did not find a specific product in the blend of Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. We have therefore decided to complete this work after more than a hundred years. We believe that our Ferrum reserve is the rum that Frederic himself would prepare for you.

The combination of the old Caribbean rum and the very old French Morella cherry variety is indeed unusual, but ultimately brilliant. Thanks to the preserved writings and recipe of 1921, we can offer you a totally unique product that you simply fall in love with.

Honey was considered a royal raw material by Bedřich Kafka and he was very happy to use it in the production of his liqueurs. According to the records found, he also experimented with it in connection with rum. As you can tell when tasting Ferrum honey elixir, this connection works great.

Few people know that vanilla originally came from Mexico, where the Toltecs and Aztecs added it to their drinks. Despite the high price, vanilla was a very popular raw material and Bedřich Kafka enjoyed working with it. We bring it to you in conjunction with old Caribbean rum.
